
After graduating from Sophia University, Mr. Takahashi joined Accenture then known as Andersen Consulting, where he experienced a wide variety of management processes from programming based on C and C++ to process design. Then Mr. Takahashi joined Capgemini, where he led the consulting projects as manager on management control and performance management. Then Mr. Takahashi joined Sony Global Solutions because he wanted to experience management not only as an external consultant but also as an insider. There Mr. Takahashi was the youngest project manager and directed the global system development projects as a PMO leader. In addition, he experienced off-shore development in India.
Born in Fukuoka, Mr. Takahashi holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Sophia University, where he researched the organization theory and Japanese management.

After graduating from Tama University, Mr. Taguchi joined Sony Global Solutions then known as CIS, where he gained a variety of experiences. After engaging in system development and maintenance, he was involved in production management. Then Mr. Taguchi engaged in projects implementing system development, BPR, management control and performance management, launching PMO, and improving project management.
Then Mr. Taguchi engaged in consulting projects with Sony Group because a system division of Sony merged with CIS to form Sony Global Solutions. Mr. Taguchi was involved in PMO and consulting on global system development from the standpoint of ordering party. Mr. Taguchi has engaged in PMO both as ordering party and vendor.
Born in Tokyo, Mr. Taguchi holds a bachelor's degree in management and information science from Tama University, where he researched organizational behavior and Japanese leadership.

After graduating from Keio University, Mr. Fukushima joined Hitachi Zosen Corporation. Then Mr. Fukushima joined a venture firm, where he was responsible for finance and accounting, including cost accounting, financial reporting, and auditing firm's counterpart. In addition, Mr. Fukushima engaged in a wide variety of tasks in administration department such as human resource and general affairs. Mr. Fukushima has joined Management Solutions and assumed the post of director and CFO since 2007.
Born in Ehime, Mr. Fukushima holds a bachelor's degree in business and commerce from Keio University.

After graduating from Shiga University, Mr. Goto joined Nissay Information Technology Corporation, where he gained a wide variety of experiences from requirement definition to implementation to transition. Then, Mr. Goto joined Nomura Research Institute, where he engaged mainly in project management in the opening of financial host system, business package development, package implementation, and BPR projects. Mr. Goto has joined Management Solutions since 2007 and directed large-scale projects for financial companies and public organizations as a PMO leader. Mr. Goto has assumed the position of director and CQO or Chief Quality Officer since December, 2010.
Born in Aichi, Mr. Goto holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Shiga University. He also holds the PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential.

Mr. Minemoto joined a loan and trust company in 1989, where he had engaged in the information system projects for 12 years, including the third online system development project. Mr. Minemoto successfully managed many projects. For example, Mr. Minemoto launched the first intranet among the Japanese banks. Then, Mr. Minemoto threw himself into the world of consulting and engaged in consulting projects as a freelance project manager and consultant.
Through his consulting activities, Mr. Minemoto came to realize that the maturity level of the project management skill in Japan was at risk. This is why Mr. Minemoto established PROJECTPRO, Inc. which offers consulting and training specialized in project management for corporate transformation. Mr. Minemoto has been an adviser of Management Solutions since 2007.
In addition, Mr. Minemoto is an adjunct lecturer in environmental business at University of Tokyo Graduate School and at Tokyo Institute of Technology (Integrated Doctoral Education Program at Tokyo Tech). Mr. Minemoto holds the CISA or Certified Information Systems Auditor certification and the PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential.

Mr. Nakajima has 20 years of work experience in both Japanese and American major companies. He was in charge of international sales at Kyocera Corporation and worked as International Procurement Manager, Legal Manager and Human Resource Manager at Intel Japan and Intel Corporation. Then, he established Planet KK, which mainly focuses on offering project management training.
Currently, Mr. Nakajima is the CEO of Planet KK and provides project management training and consulting for business people in Japan and other areas in Asia.
In addition, Mr. Nakajima is an adjunct lecturer at Keio University, and a visiting lecturer at Chukyo University Graduate School. He is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI), Project Management Association of Japan (PMAJ), and the Society of Project Management (SPM).
Mr. Nakajima holds the PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential and a master's degree from International Christian University.

Mr. Tejima joined Accenture then known as Andersen Consulting in 1996, where he engaged in system development and design for governmental agencies and manufacturing companies. Then, Mr. Tejima joined Nissan Motor Company in 2001, where he worked as a corporate analyst in Treasury and IR department. Mr. Tejima was responsible for valuation, financial strategy, and investor communication strategy for CEO. In addition, he wrote speeches for CEO.
In 2009, Mr. Tejima founded Insight Financial, Inc., a financial consulting firm supporting venture firms planning to go public in terms of corporate finance and IR. Mr. Tejima has assumed the position of part-time corporate auditor since 2010.
Born in Tokyo, Mr. Tejima holds a bachelor's degree in business and commerce from Keio University and an MBA from University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Tejima also holds the CFA designation.
